Job Role : We are looking for a motivated and innovative individual who is committed to working with young people to help them achieve their full potential. As well as a training centre, we run two social enterprises (Café Artysans and Ness Soaps) that provide real work experience, where young people can learn and progress towards sustaining employment. You will manage our employability programme leading a small team to progress young people along the employability pipeline. You will be responsible for preparing young people for employment, developing and delivering early stage activity, employability workshops and vocational qualifications. As well as a background in employability training and/or vocational training, you will be a qualified internal assessor and verifier.

Organisation Profile : Calman Trust is a young people's service based in the Highlands. We believe that with the appropriate support to overcome challenges they experience, young people are capable of achieving great things. At Calman we provide training and support to young people under the age of 25 who are experiencing difficulty in the transition into further education, training or employment. We provide a range of life skills and employability activity tailored to meet the needs of individual young people.
